For refund, we will only refund the cost of the iteam within 15 days of purchase in form of store credit only. All sale items are final. Shipping cost are non-refundable. Please refer to our full return policy for more information.
To be eligibale for a complete refund, kindly request cancellation within 7 hours of placing your order, ensuring it is before the commencement of the production phase. We only relace item if they are defective, incorrect or damaged. Exchange do not include shipping and handling charges.
