Return Eligibility
To maintain the highest standards of quality and service, customers must report any issues within the following timeframes:
• UK / Domestic Orders: within 48 hours of delivery
• International Orders: within 96 hours of delivery
Approved returns must be dispatched within 24 hours after authorization.
Items may only be returned if they meet the following conditions:
• The item is unworn, unused, and in original condition
• All original tags, labels, and packaging remain intact
• The item shows no signs of wear, damage, scent, or alteration

• Made-to-measure or custom-made garments created according to customer measurements

These pieces are produced specifically for the client and therefore cannot be resold.

Exchanges

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, an exchange will be processed if it meets our return criteria.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability
• Colour exchanges are not accepted — please ensure the correct colour is selected before purchase
• Custom-sized or altered garments cannot be exchanged
• If sizing issues occur due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer, alterations may be offered for an additional fee, and all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer
